Terms & Conditions
• AGE POLICY: You must be 18 or older to purchase a reading.
• LEGAL AND MEDICAL READINGS: None of my services are appropriate avenues to seek legal, financial, or medical advice, as I am not a lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor. Please consult the appropriate professionals for guidance in these areas.
• TIME POLICY: All readings are performed in the order in which they are received, Unless you have purchased an emergency reading and will recieve it within 48 hours of payment. You will never wait longer than a week from successful payment unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
• REFUNDS: Refunds are not available. This is non negotiable. The only time I offer refunds is if I experience an emergency that causes me to not be able to perform your reading in the allotted timeframe. In this case, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible, and give you the option of a full refund for exchange of no service, or partial refund in which case you will still receive your service, just at a discounted rate and at a later date.
• READER'S DISCRETION, HARASSMENT: As a reader I reserve the right to refuse service or stop a reading at any time if the client makes me uncomfortable in any way. If a client chooses to be disrespectful, make undue claims, or anything else that is considered unprofessional or in the category of harassment, I reserve the right to end my working relationship to the client, and consequently any services I may offer, with or without a refund.
• PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: I am not responsible for any action taken by clients after a reading, neither for negative reactions, cards, or messages that may come through during. If you are dissatisfied with the content of your reading, please be in contact with me, however do note the no refund policy as stated above.
• CLIENT NO-SHOW POLICY: If after successful payment, the client does not return an email or message within a week to confirm the details of his or her reading, I reserve the right to cancel their reading with or without a refund.
• THIRD PARTY POLICY: Under no circumstances will I perform a reading on another person that is not you, the customer, coming to me for a reading. I will do a reading to help you better understand & cultivate your relationship with a partner or other person, however, I will not do a reading with the goal to determine another person's future, thoughts, or feelings.
• CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: Anything discussed between the client and I will remain confidential. This arrangement becomes null and void if at any time I feel threatened for myself and/or additional parties discussed when working with the client. I reserve the right to contact proper authorities or legal counsel.
• OUTCOMES: Readings are for entertainment purposes only. I must advise you that I am not liable for any decisions, actions or outcomes after your reading as they cannot be guaranteed.
